Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. One year a farmer close to my house planted a field of sunflowers instead of the usual corn or soybeans, it was so beautiful. I would always smile when I drove past, it looked like a field of sunshine.

I have decided to only express good energy in my work by using bright colors and subjects that make you smile. Being a vegetarian most of my life I feel a true connection to all living creatures, I hope people feel this when looking at my art. Life should be fun and I have tried to project this thought through my work. We should regard people, animals, trees, rivers, even mountains in the same light as ourselves and realize that we all have much in common....
